Abby + Matt’s Donegal Wedding at Harvey’s Point

Abby + Matt’s Donegal wedding set against the picturesque backdrop at Harvey’s Point. Even though the Irish weather may not have played ball, it didn’t stop this pair (the mega talented duo behind Forever Social) from embracing the Donegal elements and doing things right. A breezy pre-wedding session at the Slieve League cliffs set the tone the night before (swiftly followed by a few stiff drinks in the hotel bar!)

I’m used to shooting alongside these two and had the pleasure of first working with them last year on Emma + Johnny’s wedding in Rome. Shooting fellow photographers and creative couples, for me, always comes with an added sprinkling of the fear. I am an absolute movie geek and so shooting these two talented film makers called for *trying* to harness some extra cinematic vibes

First looks, Matt pulling out a ceremonial serenade and road side adventures over abandoned rail tracks made for a memorable and emotionally charged day.
